Teaching Approach
I specialize in teaching skill-based classes and workshops, offering clear, structured instruction designed to help you and your dog succeed. Each week, I write multiple in-depth lectures, supported by videos and images that provide visual context and reinforce the topic at hand.
Homework is specific, consistent for all participants, and follows a methodical, step-by-step progression. I also include supplemental lectures with alternate equipment suggestions and creative DIY conditioning solutions, making the material accessible no matter your setup.
For students in working Gold spots, I provide detailed, voice-over video feedback on their submissions, along with written feedback as applicable. This not only offers personalized guidance but also allows auditors to learn alongside them by observing the coaching process and applying those insights to their own training.
This class will have a Teacher's Assistant (TA) available in the Facebook study group to help the Bronze and Silver students! Directions for joining that Facebook group will be in the classroom after you register.
