We are proud to introduce our Trainer Certificates Program.   This program recognizes Fenzi Dog Sport Academy students that have demonstrated a long term commitment to gaining both theoretical knowledge and applied skills.  Please see the information below for detailed requirements.  

Sports Foundations Certificate

Requirements:

  1. Major Credits - 40 credit total from the Foundations and Electives Course Catalogue.   
    Photography Courses and One-to-Ones are excluded.   Please note additional exclusions listed below. 
  2. Additional Credits - 10 credits from any additional classes excluding photography.
  3. Minimum of two gold level dog training courses as included in the Major Credits.
  4. Minimum of two different instructors for Gold courses.
  5. Minimum TEAM2 title  http://fenziteamtitles.com/.
  6. Minimum five different instructors overall.
  7. The program must take a minimum of one year to complete, from first class to final one.
    There is no maximum time.
  8. Classes may NOT be repeated for additional credit.

Credits: Gold = 5, bronze = 3, silver = 4

Submission Information

Trainer Certificates will all be processed using the Fenzi TEAM Titles Website using the following process:

  1. Log into your TEAM video submission account to complete the certificate submission process.

  2. After logging in please select "Submit a Certificate" and fill out the requested information.
  3. If the information is considered complete the option to submit payment will be available.
  4. Submission fee is $65.
  5. Pay fee and submit application.
  6. Review of your submission should take 1-2 weeks and results will be emailed.  
  7. Successful applicants will receive a certificate by email.

Tips:

  • The easiest way to access your course information is to review your FDSA payment history.   Your history can be accessed by logging into the FDSA website as a student and looking under My Profile on the right side menu.
  • If you are unclear on course name or instructor check your library which will list those details.
  • We do not need to see every course you have ever taken.   Please submit the most relevant courses and limit your submission to the information needed to fulfill the credit requirements.  
  • You will be required to list course numbers, course names and instructor information.
  • Submissions will be processed on the Fenzi TEAM Titles website.   Paypal is not a payment option.
