"Aleks Woodroffe (Bsc, CTMT, ACMT) is a Canine Bodyworker and Scent Work trainer in Phoenix, AZ. She competes with her Flat-Coated Retrievers Tana & Georges, and her English Cocker Spaniel, Vespa, achieving the top levels in NACSW and AKC nose work, as well as dabbling in other sports. She is also an active AKC Scent Work Judge, ASCA Scent Detection Judge, and NACSW Certifying Official. Her students train in person as well as online and have achieved joy and success in all levels of multiple different scent organizations.

She received her Canine Massage Therapist Certification in 2016 (RMSAAM) after her agility dog was diagnosed with a psoas injury, and she was unable to find a canine massage practitioner in her area. After working to remedy or maintain muscle health, she also became a Certified Professional Canine Fitness Trainer (CPCFT 2023) to better support her clients' training plans to help prevent and avoid injury.
Aleks has worked with many local and nationally competitive teams in a wide range of sports. She has also worked as a key member in a veterinarian-led team to help some amazing dogs rehabilitate from major injuries and return to competition in the national and international rings. She has had experience working with dogs that compete in agility, schutzhund/IGP, dock diving, conformation, field trials, nose work, obedience, and tracking, as well as with professional working detection dogs."
