Course Details
In Small Spaces Big Gains - Platform Edition, we’ll use platforms to improve strength, balance, body awareness, and overall conditioning. Platforms allow dogs to work in a controlled, focused way, helping them build muscle and coordination safely while reinforcing good movement patterns.
This workshop is perfect for handlers who want to improve their dog’s fitness, prevent injuries, or enhance performance in sports.
You’ll learn how to use small spaces to create short, effective sessions that target core strength, stability, endurance, and mindful movement.
We’ll cover introducing and using platforms safely, building strength and balance, improving body awareness, designing structured conditioning exercises, and making fitness work fun and engaging for your dog. Whether your dog competes in obedience, rally, agility, or you just want a healthier, stronger partner, this workshop will show you how small spaces can deliver big gains.
This workshop previously ran under a different course number. Please check your Class and Workshop Library to prevent a duplicate purchase.
