When loading a picture click on Attachments below the reply box where you are typing.
Click on add files and load the picture you wish (note the maximum file size). You should then see your picture in a little box next to where it says attachments.
Then place your cursor in your written message where you want the photo to appear. Use your mouse and click on the Insert button that is right below your picture and it will put it in the message. You will see a line that says attachment=number and name of pic with various bracketing. That means it will be visible so just go ahead and submit.
