ODS07: 2pm - Building Resilience Through Body Confidence: How Movement, Choice, Problem Solving, and Recovery Create a More Resilient Dog

Course Details

A dog that trusts their paws is a dog that can handle an unpredictable world.

Have you ever noticed how physical confidence changes the way a dog moves through the world? When a dog feels grounded, sure-footed, and in control of their own body, their entire posture shifts...and so does their emotional state.

In this webinar, we will explore how simple body awareness exercises can transform your dog’s everyday confidence. Together, we’ll dive into the four secrets of physical resilience: intentional movement, giving your dog meaningful choices, guided problem-solving, and peaceful recovery. You’ll walk away with fun, easy-to-implement games and a clear daily routine that turns everyday practice into real-world calm, adaptability, and trust.
