One of the most important things we can do for our puppies (and adolescent dogs) is provide them with the life skills they need to navigate our strange human world. Proper socialization is the most foundational of those life skills. In this session, Irith will talk about how to do socialization well. She’ll delve into best practices, as well as how to use socialization opportunities to help puppies build skills that will last them a lifetime. Whether you just want the best possible pet or are looking to raise a dog who will be successful at sports, this presentation will give you guidelines and tips to help you make the best possible choices for the dogs you have now and tomorrow.
