Presentation Information & Frequently Asked Questions:

How does it work? When can I access? 

  • If you are a new student an account will be created for you as part of the purchase process.  You will need to select a username that you can remember (email is recommended) and a secure password.   
  • Existing students should sign in before purchasing to ensure the presentation is added correctly to your student library.
  • Once you sign up, your presentation will be added to your  “Self-Study Library” page and can be viewed after logging in to your student account.
  • Presentations are in a video lecture format and generally run approximately one hour in length.
  • Each student is automatically given a library pass for one year from the point of enrollment and purchases can be viewed as long as your library pass is active. You can keep your library pass current by enrolling in at least one course/workshop/self-study product per year.

What does it cost? 

  • Individual presentations are available to purchase for $18.95 per presentation.
  • Starter Packs and Combination Packs provide significant discounts when purchasing select multiple products.

Can I buy multiple presentations at once?

Sorry, our system does not currently allow that.  You will need to purchase each product in an individual transaction.

Can I select my own choices for starter packs or combination packs?

No, we do not have that option at this time.

Can I have a refund if I don't like the presentation?

There are no refunds available for self-study classes including our on-demand pet training presentations. We suggest you read the descripton carefully and watch the video trailer before making your purchase.  If you have additional questions on the materials to be covered please contact our help desk at help@fenziacademy.com PRIOR to purchasing so we may help determine if the topic is suitable for your needs.

Will I be able to ask questions?

There is no option to ask questions to the instructor regarding these presentations.
