Course Details
3 WEEK CLASS - Take your canine fitness training beyond single exercises and social-media trends. Canine Flow Fitness is an advanced 3-week online course for experienced dogs and handlers who are ready to build purposeful, athletic movement combinations.
Rather than relying on repetitive box-based jumping drills, or movement heavy plyometric exercises with poor form, this course focuses on thoughtfully sequenced exercises that alternate controlled movement with strong, precise stillness. Dogs will learn to transition between skills such as stepping, pivots, backing up, changing position, targeting, balancing, and holding stable postures. The result is a more versatile approach to fitness that develops body awareness, coordination, strength, balance, and focus together. This is a better type of plyometric exercise!
Each week, you will learn how to combine familiar foundation skills into engaging "fitness flows" tailored to your dog's current ability and their specific needs. You will also explore how to adjust tempo, direction, duration, and difficulty while maintaining clean mechanics and confidence.
By the end of the course, you will be able to design safe, creative dynamic exercise combinations that challenge your dog physically and mentally without sacrificing quality of movement.
Best suited for: advanced dogs and handlers with established foundation skills, good body awareness, and the ability to work comfortably in a variety of standing, sitting, down, backing, pivoting, and targeting exercises.
