This presentation will delve into the influence of adolescence on prey drive, facilitating a better understanding of this developmental stage for dog training enthusiasts. It will also provide straightforward strategies to prevent conflict and encourage a harmonious relationship between people and their teenage dogs.

About the Presenter:

She has worked as a dog trainer for many years, teaching training, workshops and on a 1-2-1 basis. Tracey has volunteered in both large and small rescue organisations - and for the groundbreaking company, Paws for Progress. Tracey now focuses on working online teaching people how they can learn to love and work with the predatory behavior of their companion dogs.

Tracey has two animal behavior degrees – a BSc (hons) in Canine Behaviour and Training and a master’s degree - in Applied Animal Behaviour and Training. She is the author of the book Canine Aggression: Rehabilitating an aggressive dog with kindness and compassion. Tracey has had two papers on the subject of predatory behavior published in the peer reviewed journal, Applied Animal Behaviour Science.
