Course Details
Learn how to prepare your teammate for the variety of challenges they'll face on the course... all with a single jump at home! In this presentation we will discuss how we can prepare our dogs for the visual variation they'll encounter with jumps along with setting up a training plan for strong backsides, threadles, verbal rear crosses, and more. One jump drills don't need to be boring and your dog will thank you for the extra clarity and confidence the two of you will forge along the way.
About the Instructor:
Dresden (he/him) has over 15 years of experience competing in various dog sports but agility has remained his favorite. He has handled dogs of various breeds and sizes but is most known for running with his papillons (and more recently a Laborador has joined the fun). Dresden has become a regular in the AKC National Agility Championship Challengers ring and most recently played in finals at the inaugural UKI North American Invitation.
Helping students gain the skills and confidence to reach their goals is one of Dresden's passions.
